The MarketNAV Planner gives you our unique marketing channels and the sales formula in a laminated Wall Chart. It allows the sales and marketing team to plan their activities as part of their 'end of month' process. When complete the Wall Chart can be placed in the office for all the sales and marketing team to see. There are three parts to your Wall Charts:
1. Monthly Plan by Marketing Channel
This allows the Sales and Marketing team to set targets for the month by marketing channel. 2. Team Action PlannerThis takes the lead targets from the Monthly Plan and allocates responsibilities for each of the tasks needed to reach the agreed lead targets. 3. Monthly Plan by Marketing Sub-ChannelsThis Wall Chart is available to those that have sales and marketing activities in "Some one Else Has Generated" and wish to monitor the data for these in more detail.
MarketNAV provides access to a list of marketing strategies that fall under each of the Marketing Channels.
